Also featured in this recent image drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands. The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million. These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool. Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner. The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and includes a notes section labelling various areas of the estate. Accompanying this are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for dock shelters. Further documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
